Lead Qualitfication Specialist
· Initiate proactive contact with potential leads through calls, emails, and various communication channels.
· Thoroughly understand the needs of prospects and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
· Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team for efficient lead handoff.
· Maintain detailed and organized records in the CRM system, actively improving lead processes.
· Proven experience in software or marketing roles.
· Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
· Strong understanding of the sales process with proficiency in CRM systems.
· Detail-oriented individual with a preference for a related Bachelor’s degree.

Job Timings: Night Shift 9:00 pm to 6:00 am
